- Baseline measurement, staged configuration and documented acceptance tests.
- Written instructions, recorded walkthrough where useful, and 30 days of defect correction against the agreed scope.
Not included: technical takeoffs, automated pricing, guaranteed sales, bulk outreach, a replacement CRM, unlimited revisions, new software subscriptions or ongoing managed operations.
We will recommend using native features, reducing scope or not proceeding if a custom implementation would not justify the fee. We do not guarantee time savings or additional sales.

- Check the case for change. We assess native alternatives, required access and your own baseline. You review the written scope, costs and success criteria.
- Build in stages. After agreement, configuration is tested with fictional or approved redacted examples before any live changes. Your nominated team member approves messages and technical information.
- Accept and hand over. Written acceptance tests, instructions and a finite correction period make the responsibilities clear.
