PRIVATE AVIATION COST ASSURANCE

Own the aircraft.
Understand the costs.

A clearer way to compare aircraft management charges with the terms and records behind them. Bring the evidence together, see where figures differ, and turn uncertainty into specific questions for your manager or adviser.

For aircraft owners, family offices and the people who oversee their aviation spend.

THE VALUE FOR AN OWNER

Your aircraft is a major asset.
Your costs deserve a clear explanation.

An invoice tells you what you have been charged. It may take several other documents to understand why. We are building a review workspace that connects a selected charge to its agreed basis and supporting evidence—so you can ask better questions with the relevant records in front of you.

01

Know what sits behind a charge

Bring the agreement reference, invoice and supporting detail into one review trail. Spend less effort piecing together the basis for a selected cost.

02

Focus on what needs an answer

See differences in comparable figures and gaps in the evidence. A clear question gives you and your adviser a practical starting point for follow-up.

03

Have a better-informed conversation

Use a source-linked review note to discuss open items with your manager or qualified adviser. Keep the evidence, the question and the response connected.

Explore the evidence behind a cost, then decide what needs a conversation. The sample below shows the approach.

SEE THE APPROACH IN ACTION

From an invoice line to a better question.

Your example is ready below. The monthly management fee is billed at £12,750 against an agreed figure of £12,000. Follow the source references, see the £750 difference and record the question you would put to your manager or adviser.

  1. Compare the figuresThe example pairs one invoice line with one agreed cost using its matching reference.
  2. Understand the questionA difference is highlighted for explanation. It does not establish an incorrect charge.
  3. Keep the evidence togetherAdd an example note, then save it on this device or export a report.

HOW A PILOT WOULD WORK

A focused review. A clear next step.

Start with the question you want answered. Together, we would define a manageable review scope and the people, records and safeguards it needs.

  1. 01

    Discuss the review job

Identify who owns the review and what decision or report it needs to support.

  2. 02

    Map a bounded sample

Consider one arrangement or aircraft, one review period and a capped, agreed set of documents.

  3. 03

    Confirm reviewer and handling

Before real records are accepted, verify a suitable specialist, secure access, provider terms, retention and deletion arrangements.

  4. 04

    Quote the scoped pilot

Only after workload, review responsibility and handling are clear can scope, price, timing and support be agreed in writing.

A PILOT BUILT AROUND YOUR NEEDS

Start with one aircraft.
Get the scope right.

Discuss a bounded cost-review pilot for your aircraft or management arrangement. The outline below is a proposed starting point, subject to agreed handling and specialist review.

POSSIBLE FIRST SCOPE

  • One aircraft or explicitly bounded management arrangement
  • One cost-review period and a capped set of selected records
  • Agreement and relevant amendments, approved budget/rate basis, selected invoices and necessary support
  • Source-linked evidence register and a draft report separating facts, arithmetic, open questions and reviewer commentary
  • One named specialist’s review of consequential items, if that reviewer and arrangement are confirmed

Outside the proposed pilot

Automated legal or accounting opinions; tax treatment; contract negotiation; aircraft operation, maintenance, airworthiness or safety decisions; supplier contact; cost approval; compliance certification; claims of error, recovered money, savings or guaranteed accuracy; and any work beyond a written cap. This is not an established advisory service.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Your questions, answered.

Can I upload an agreement or invoice here?

No. This page has no upload or customer-data workflow. Please do not send confidential, personal or third-party records by initial email. Any real-document pilot would first need an agreed secure handling model and confirmed reviewer.

Does the system decide whether a charge is wrong?

No. The demo presents only a potential question based on fabricated example figures. A comparison can be incomplete or have another explanation. A qualified specialist must assess consequential questions against the agreed documents and scope.

Who is this designed for?

Aircraft owners and their representatives, including family offices, finance and flight-department leads, and independent aviation advisers who want a clearer evidence trail for selected management costs. We are inviting feedback and pilot discussions to refine the workflow around real needs.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

There is no fixed price or delivery timetable. Any pilot would be individually scoped after confirming workload, specialist review, document handling and support arrangements.

Which aircraft and jurisdictions are supported?

None have been validated. Scope and qualified review would have to be agreed for the relevant ownership, operation and jurisdiction before a pilot could be proposed.

Relevant design context: UK CAA guidance on aircraft ownership and responsibilities and ICO guidance on data protection by design. These references do not validate or endorse this product.

TAKE THE NEXT STEP

What would you like to understand
about your aircraft costs?

Tell us where you need greater clarity: a management charge, a comparison against agreed terms, or the evidence behind an invoice. We can discuss whether a focused pilot is a useful next step. Keep your initial message general; no documents are needed.

We’ll start by discussing what you want to understand, how your statements are presented—for example, as PDFs or spreadsheets—and who would review any open questions. Describe the process only; please do not send records at this stage.

Do not include: aircraft registration, owner or crew names, supplier bank details, invoices, contracts, flight records or confidential third-party information.
